Refund policy

We've worked hard to make sure you'll be impressed by our smrtcargo.us storage-water bottle.  To ensure that, we have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after your order date to request a return.  Our policy is a no-hassles process for full credit, exchange, or refund, minus original shipping and handling fees.

To be eligible for a return, your Cargo storage-water bottle must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@smrtcargo.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted  Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through our website and will be processed within 5 business days after receipt. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Also, please see our warranty policy at SmrT Guarantee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you and inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account
